  1. From your Administrator dashboard, click ' Configuration '

Adding a video to your video library for use across Member365 is a simple process. Here’s how you do it.

  1. From your Member365 administrator dashboard, scroll to your toolbar and hover over ‘ Modules ’ and from the drop-down items, hover over ‘ Video Library ,’ and click ‘ Create Video ‘
  2. The Video Library: Add a Video screen will present a range of fields.
  3. After filling these fields, and any other optional ones, click ‘ Add a Video ‘ to complete the process!

How do I create and Manage Video Tags?

When would I use this? Use this when you need to create and Manage Video Tags. For example, a content administrator may need this answer to organize and publish video content for the intended audience.

Video tags are a convenient tool to support the management and organization of your video library. Working in conjunction with your video Categories, their use will help you organize and access the videos you need, when you need them.

  1. From your administrator dashboard, click ‘Configuration’
  2. From the Configuration Menu, scroll to ‘Video Library’, and click ‘ Setup ‘
  3. In the ‘Video Tags’ row, click ‘ +Add ‘.
  4. Select ‘ Video ‘ from the three ‘Type’ options, and write the name of your new tag.
  5. To finish adding your tag, click the green ‘ Save ‘ button.
  6. To edit existing tags, instead of clicking ‘+Add ‘ in the video configuration menu (steps 1-3 above), click ‘ Modify ‘.
  7. From the list of existing tags, select the one you would like to edit.

How do I copy a YouTube Embed Code?

When would I use this? Use this when you need to copy a YouTube Embed Code. For example, a content administrator may need this answer to organize and publish video content for the intended audience.

In order to add a YouTube video to your video library, you must copy it’s embed code. The guide below will show you where to find it, and how to copy it!

  1. Using YouTube, navigate to the video you would like to add to your Video Library.
  2. Select your video, and click the ‘ Share ‘ button beneath it.
  3. From the dialogue that opens, click ‘ Embed ‘.
  4. This will open a screen allowing you to open the embed settings, and copy your embed code. Select the settings you would like, and when done, click ‘ Copy’ at the bottom right of the dialogue.
  5. With your embed code copied, navigate to your Add a Video screen, and insert the code into the ‘Embed Code’ field!
