How do I export a List of Low-Engagement Members?

When would I use this? Use this when you need to export a List of Low-Engagement Members. For example, a Member365 administrator may need this answer to identify engagement patterns and take informed follow-up action.

This article will guide you through creating a list of low-engagement members: that is, members who show a low level of activity as measured by interactions with the Member Portal or your email communications. These members are more likely to leave or otherwise become completely disengaged (often referred to as attrition or churning); creating a list can help target and focus your efforts to re-engage these members.

  1. Log in to your Member365 Administrator Dashboard.
  2. On the homepage, click the box labeled ‘ Engagement Analytics Aggregate ‘.
  3. Click the text in the yellow box, ‘ Members Requiring Attention ‘.
  4. Click ‘ Export ‘ to save a report to your computer.

Why doesn’t importing an event attendee increase their engagement score?

When would I use this? Use this when people imported into an event appear in its registration or attendance report but their Engagement Analytics score does not reflect event attendance.

Direct answer: Importing event attendees does not add an event-registration action to the contact’s engagement score. The score tracks actions taken through Member365; an imported attendance record does not represent a registration action by that contact.

Steps in Member365:

  1. Open the event report and confirm whether the attendee was imported rather than registered through the event flow.
  2. From the Administrator Dashboard, open Engagement Analytics and select the relevant date range.
  3. Check the Actions and Users tabs, then open the contact’s engagement history to review recorded actions.

Expected result: The event record may show the imported attendee while Engagement Analytics contains only tracked actions.

What happens next? Use the event attendance report when reporting on imported attendees. If a contact registered through Member365 and the action is still missing, contact Support with the event and date range.
