Before you begin: Your administrator account needs permission to view and update the Inquiries module. Ask an administrator who manages permissions to grant the relevant access if Inquiries is absent from your menu.
Steps in Member365:
- From the Administrator Dashboard, open Modules → Inquiries → View Inquiries.
- Use Inquiry History to filter open or closed inquiries, then open the inquiry’s subject.
- Write the reply in the editor, or choose Select Canned Email Response and review the suggested text.
- Click Send Reply when the response is ready.
