If you want to add a border to your custom name badge, but you don't know how to work with source code, you can use AI to help you get the badge looking exactly how you want.
The best way to use AI for this purpose is to design the wording/layout on the badge first, and then bring that code into your AI of choice to edit.
If you don't know how to create a name badge, read this article.
-
Once you have the foundation of your badge created, click the 'Source' button.
-
Copy the source code.
- Navigate to your AI of choice and use the following prompt (editing to fit your desired characteristics):
"Can you help me put a border around this for a name tag? The nametag is 2-1/4" tall by 3-1/2" wide. The border should be just off the edge (so there's a small white space around) and be about 1/8" thick (but it can be done in the easiest way possible that's close to that size, it needn't (but can) be exact). The border should be the colour #38b6ff.
[PASTE YOUR SOURCE CODE HERE]" (as seen below). -
Copy the output from the AI, navigate back to the name badge editing page within Member365, and replace the existing code with the code you just copied.
-
Click the 'Source' button again.
- You will now see your border instead of the red-dashed border.
- If you want to make any changes, simply go back to AI and ask for them (e.g., "please make the border 8 pixels wide") and paste the new code into Member365.
You can, of course use AI to help custom code other elements of these name badges, but the more sophisticated you try to get, the more precise prompt engineering will be required.
Congratulations! You have used AI to put a border on your custom name tag.
