AI Assisted Data Cleanup and Import Preparation

To help ensure a smooth and successful data migration experience, Member365 may offer AI assisted data cleanup and preparation services for files being imported into your Member365 database. These tools can help identify formatting inconsistencies, standardize data, validate information, and improve overall data quality before import.

The use of AI assisted processing is always optional and will only be performed with your knowledge and permission before work begins.

How AI Assisted Processing Works

When AI assistance is used, the workflow is conducted through a Member365 managed process built on OpenAI technology. Data is processed solely for the purpose of cleaning, organizing, validating, and preparing import files for migration into Member365.

The information provided is not used to train OpenAI's public models, is not exposed to other customers, and is not incorporated into publicly available AI systems. Access to the data remains limited to the specific processing required to complete the requested service.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We believe transparency is important whenever AI tools are involved in customer workflows. Before any AI assisted processing takes place, Member365 will clearly communicate:

• Whether AI tools will be used
• The purpose of the processing
• The type of data involved
• Any available alternatives

You will have the opportunity to review this information and decide whether you would like Member365 to use AI assisted processing as part of your data preparation and import project.

Choosing Not to Use AI Assisted Processing

The use of AI assisted tools for data cleanup and import preparation is optional. If you choose not to authorize AI assisted processing, Member365 will not perform data cleanup or preparation on your behalf.

In these cases, any files requiring cleanup, standardization, formatting corrections, or data validation will be returned to you for review and correction prior to import. Once the required updates have been completed, you may resubmit the data for import into Member365.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted data is accurate, complete, properly formatted, and suitable for import. Member365 is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies contained within customer supplied data.
