How to Get Help?
1. Our teams at Member365 aim to give you a seamless experience when using the system. The application equips you with Instructional Videos and easy-to-follow articles in our Knowledgebase library to help jump-start your user experience on the platform.
If you can not find your answer you can reach us through our various other channels below:
2. Book a Zoom Meeting - This is a 30-minute video conferencing session that allows screen sharing capabilities for a more effective discussion.
3. Submit a Ticket - After a ticket has been submitted, one of our team members will respond within one business day depending on urgency.
4. Chat - The live chat feature will connect you to one of our team members. If you need help during any time that is outside of our Support hours of operations, you can still submit your inquiry on the Chat medium and our team members will be notified and will respond within one business day depending on urgency. You may choose to submit a ticket as well when you need to connect with us during any time that is outside of our Support hours of operations.
