This article will guide you through reviewing your online store’s order history.
Accessing Your Order History
1. Log in to your Member365 Administrator Dashboard. Hover over 'Modules'
2. Then hover over ‘Store‘ and then hover over 'Reports' then click 'Orders History'.
3. On the order history page, you will see all completed and processed orders, as well as the option to view the order details or access the corresponding invoice.
4. Click ‘View‘ to review order details. If you wish to undo a processed order, click the yellow ‘Undo Processed‘ button. This is merely a status change and will not refund or reverse any associated payments!
