Having trouble finding your invoices or receipts from your association (be they receipts from membership applications or renewals, store purchases, events, or any other purchases you made through Member365) in your email? Don't worry, the first part of this article will show you how easily they are found within the Member Portal.
Are you ready to pay an outstanding invoice? The second part of this article will explain that process, too.
Finding Invoices and Receipts
From the Member Portal homepage, click 'My Account', then 'Invoices and Receipts'
Here, you will see a list all of your invoices and receipts for purchases you have made through Member365
If you have invoices for Donations, Automated Recurring Billing, or Organization Purchases (purchases made by group members or 'Employee Accounts' of your organization), you will see sub-tabs for each of those, as well. Click on the sub-tab that corresponds to the type of invoice for which you are searching.
To download an invoice and see it in more detail, simply click on the invoice number
How to Pay an Outstanding Invoice
To pay an outstanding invoice, follow the steps above, and any invoice that has not yet been paid will have a 'Payment Status' of 'Pending Payment (payment method)' display a 'Pay Now' button beside it. Click that button.
This will bring up the unpaid invoice
Select your payment method
Click 'Process Payment'
Complete the payment process (will vary based on payment type).
Congratulations, you now know where to find your invoices and receipts and how to pay any outstanding invoices through the Member Portal!
