Admin email address not found in the database during login

Did you try to login with the information you've been using all along only to receive the following:

 

Then you thought, "Maybe my password timed out or something (this is not the case, but it's an understandable theory)... I'll try resetting my password." So you clicked 'Forgot Password':

 

You enter your email and click 'Send Reset Request'

 

Only to be met with an 'Your email address was not found in the database.' error message.

 

You're not alone, and the culprit is almost always the same... you're trying to login to a different association's Member365 account! Please double-check the URL you are trying to log-in to (the '[yourassociation].member365.com' address in your URL bar).

 

Does this URL match your association's? 

If not, please go to the correct URL and try logging in again.

If you've followed the steps outlined there and it's still not working, please submit a ticket to the Customer Success Team.
