The membership application print feature is to help with the membership review process. Allowing applications to be printed/saved as a PDF and then uploaded to a workspace without granting all membership committee members access to the Admin Dashboard (CRM).
This how-to article walks you through how to access the application pending review for approval and how to print or save the application as a PDF.
Accessing Memberships Pending Review
There are two ways that you can navigate to pending applications:
Option One: Alerts
1. In the ‘Alerts’ box on the left-hand side of your Member365 administrator dashboard, click the section ‘Applications Pending Review‘.
2. This will bring you to a page listing all pending applications. Click ‘Review‘ on anyone that you would like to view.
Option Two: Reports
1. From your Member365 administrator dashboard, hover over 'Membership.' In the drop-down menu, hover over ‘Reports,’ then hover over 'Members Requiring Attention,' and then click ‘Application Pending Review.’
2. This will bring you to a page listing all pending applications. Click ‘Review‘ on anyone that you would like to view.
How to Print the Membership Application
1. On the 'Membership (MMS)' page on the contact record scroll down to see the 'Print Details' button under the approval workflow.
2. Click 'Print Details.'
IMPORTANT NOTE: Depending on your computer settings the application form may automatically save as a PDF into your download files.
