How to Access Invoices and Receipts in the Member Portal

This article will show you how to locate all invoices and receipts in your name while navigating the Member Portal.

Accessing Financial Records

1. Log in to the Member Portal.

2. On the top bar, click ‘My Account‘ and then select ‘Invoices & Receipts‘ from the drop-down menu.

 

3. The Invoices & Receipts section presents your pending invoices and all of your receipts, sorted into the three tabs shown here. The first of these three tabs shows all of your invoices: click the invoice number to open and review any of them, or click the ‘Pay Now‘ button in the last column to begin resolving one.

Click the ‘Donations‘ to access documents that are formatted for tax receipt purposes; and, if you have permissions to do so, click the 'Organization Purchases' tab to view purchases made by your organization. Once again, click the invoice number to learn more.

 

Congratulations, you have accessed your invoices and receipts through the Member Portal!
