This article will guide you through double-checking a contact record that you have imported into Member365. We recommend repeating this process for multiple contacts, ideally from multiple membership categories and/or multiple geographical locations.
Verifying Name and Organization Details
Begin by double-checking the member’s basic information: title, first name, middle name, last name, and prefix. Then move on to the organization details: job title, organization name, email address, work phone, language, and gender.
Verifying Contact Details
Double-check that the address and phone number for this member are accurate; be sure to check the details of each address, accessible through the tabs indicated by the arrows.
Verifying Membership Details
Finally, check the Membership/Subscription Summary to the right: verify the fee category, status, renewal, and inception dates for each respective membership type.
