What is Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance (DMARC)
DMARC enhances sender authenticity verification and helps prevent malicious activities. It provides policies to email service providers on actions to take for emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks.
Steps to complete:
Step 1: Start the settings update process by emailing vishnu.patel@member365.com with the name and email address of the person responsible for managing your website domain DNS record or URL (e.g., www.yourdomain.com). Your website domain DNS record might be hosted by a provider like GoDaddy.com or Rebel.com.
Step 2: After sending your contact information, you will receive an email from no-reply@sendgrid.com. Follow the instructions provided in that email promptly as this step is time-sensitive (24 hours). In case the link expires before you can act, inform us, and we will send a new email.
If you need assistance with this configuration, we offer Zoom support. You can schedule a call with our team member using this link: https://calendly.com/success-team-365/dns-configuration. Note that before scheduling a call, ensure you can log into your domain name registry (e.g., GoDaddy, Rebel, or another service you used to purchase your domain).
Step 3: Once your DMARC Authentication is successfully verified, you will receive a confirmation email, and the pop-up in your Member365 CRM will be removed.
